Terms and Conditions

Following terms and conditions apply to all sales with The Siebold Company Inc..


Payment Terms

All invoices other than pre-payment and Credit Card purchases are due 30 days from shipment date. All open accounts exceeding 30 days are subject to immediate credit hold. Open accounts exceeding 45 days will be placed on credit hold and be subjected to ACH or Credit card payment of all past due and prior to order fulfillment and/or all future purchases.



All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending any parts back to The Siebold Company (TSC). This is obtained by calling TSC and speaking to our sales department. RMA number must be printed on the return package. Returns received without an RMA will be refused and / or sent collect back to the customer. Parts under $50.00 are not returnable to TSC. Any part that has been removed after being installed or is pitted, rusted, or corroded, causing it to be unacceptable as a new part, is not returnable to TSC.

Parts must be returned within 45 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All Sales become final 45 days after purchase.



Parts Warranty

The Siebold Company, Inc. Warranties parts for 45 days from date of purchase. Parts modified or deemed incorrectly installed will be void of all warranties. All warranty claims will be subject to the manufacture’s inspection and determination.
